This series of evenings, dealing with architecture in the newly transformed city, take place at Woodbury University’s Center for Community Research and Design 6518 Hollywood Blvd. Street parking or paid parking in rear lot. Admission $7, Forum members. The evenings are respectively titled “Los Angeles Before and After: A Discussion about Urban Growth,” “Los Angeles’s House, Housing, Home: The Next Domestic Design Challenge,” (see Jennifer Dunlop’s report on this in forum issue 2) and “School Work: Designing New Schools for the Los Angeles Unified School District.”
