During the months of June and July the Forum once again holds “On the Map,” a lecture series that intends to build a critical map of Los Angeles’s architectural milieu while providing access to some works that might otherwise remain inaccessible to the general public. As we did in 2003 and 2004, the LA Forum will host architects who will speak about their work in a setting of their own design.

Featured speakers and projects include Frank Clementi and Bob Hale of Rios Clementi Hale Studios at Chess Park in Glendale (June 9), Leo Marmol of Marmol Radziner and Associates at the Accelerated School (June 23), Mike Ferguson of Space International at the Ferguson Residence (July 7), Aleks Istanbullu at the Westchester Loyola Library (July 14), Paul Danna and Jose Palacios of DMJM at the RAND Headquarters (July 21) and Zoltan Pali and Judy Fekete of SPF:a at 8609 Washington Boulevard (July 28).
