Monday, April 12 RON REZEK - Industrial Designer

Educated at UCLA in Interior Design, Rezek has taught at Art Center College of Design, SCI-Arc, and UCLA.  He designs light fixtures, equipment for lifeguards, fans, and architectural projects.

Monday, April 19 JEANNINE OPPEWALL - Film Production Designer

With degrees from UCLA School of Interior Design and Bryn Mawr College, Oppewall began her career with The Office of Charles and Ray Eames.  She was the production designer on such films as The Vanishing, Ironweed, School Ties, White Palace, The Big Easy, and Tender Mercies.

Monday, May 3 TOM MATANO - Auto Designer

Japanese born, Art Center College of Design trained, Tom Matano is with the Mazda California Design Studio where among other projects, he was responsible for designing the Miata.  In the January 1993 issue of ID Magazine, he was profiled as one of America’s leading design innovators.

Monday, May 17 LISA KROHN - Industrial Designer

Trained at Cranbrook, Lisa Krohn now works on projects ranging from lamps to work stations to futuristic prototypes.  She teaches at Art Center College of Design, writes and lectures both here and abroad, and is currently curating an exhibition to be held in Japan.

Monday, May 31 APRIL GREIMAN - Graphic Designer

Educated in Europe and the US, Greiman is an internationally known designer.  Her work in the 1970s and 1980s defined West Coast “New Wave” style.  Currently, she experiments with the use of technology in graphic, environmental, motion, inter-active and even textile design.


ReVerb is an interdisciplinary graphic design firm which produces a wide variety of work from graphic identities, to books, motion graphics, and environmental graphics for community centers, museums and corporations.  ReVerb partners have taught at California Institute of the Arts, Otis School of Art and Design, and Art Center College of Design.
